CONTRACT

Process Ownership

Regarding the purging, sorting, and organizing of items, the Client maintains process ownership. Organizer recognizes items as the sole property of the Client, and though efforts will be made to encourage purging when needed, it is hereby stated that the final decision on such matters belongs to the Client. Organizer will determine where purged items are taken, unless Client specifies a specific location.

Photographs

Organizer will take both “before” and “after” photos/videos of each space organized. These photos may be used in the Organizer’s publications, including but not limited to the website, social media, and printed marketing materials. Organizer fully agrees to not link the Client’s name or personal information to the photos/videos in any way.

PAYMENT

Client acknowledges the following fee structures:

A FREE consultation up to 90 minutes. An hourly rate of $65/hr (unless a discounted package is selected) For purchase of a discounted package, FULL payment is due at time of scheduling and contract signing in order to lock in scheduled dates. The deposit is nonrefundable because it holds your spot on Clutter Free Bre’s schedule, preventing other potential clients from hiring Clutter Free Bre at that time. The Client agrees that the purchase of any sorters, drawers, baskets, shelves, or organizing tools of any kind are the responsibility of the Client. Should the organizer make purchases on behalf of the client, she will be reimbursed according to documented receipt.

A $50 fee will apply to any returned check, and Clutter Free Bre reserves the right to refuse future payments via check.

No estimates of project completion shall be given. The total cost and time of a project is dependent of several factors including the speed at which you make decisions regarding what is to be kept, discarded or donated and the quantity of items.

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Check, Credit Card, and PayPal.

CANCELLATION, RESChEDULINg and no show policy

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to a $50 fee.
